EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges are accepted in the following cases: -I received the order in bad condition or I mistakenly received another product different from the one I bought. -The size I have chosen is not the correct one. -The product is not to my liking and I want to change it for a different one. If you want to make an exchange, you have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the CONTACT section selecting in the subject Exchanges/Returns. It is essential that the products you want to exchange are in perfect condition and without evidence of use. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be made. You must return the order with the original packaging. You have 14 calendar days to make an exchange from the date of receipt of the order, otherwise the exchange will not be accepted. As soon as your exchange is approved, you will be sent the new item with instructions to hand over the item you are going to exchange to the courier at the time of delivery. You do not need to send it to us. If the reason for the exchange is because you have received the order in bad condition or you have mistakenly received another product different from the one you had bought, the shipping costs will be free both for the collection and the replacement of the same product and you will be refunded the initial shipping costs of the purchase if there had been any, if there was not the same product in stock we will replace it with another of the same or higher price you choose, if the product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference through bank transfer or Paypal before sending the replacement. Under no circumstances can we exchange items for others of lesser amount. If the exchange is due to not having chosen the correct size or because the product you chose is not to your liking and you want to exchange it for another one, the cost of the exchange will be €7.50 for Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before the exchange is made. Once the payment is received, you will be sent the correct size or the new product that you have bought and you will have to return the order of the wrong size or the product that has not been of your pleasure and which you want to exchange to the courier at the moment of the delivery. The order to be returned must be in perfect condition, both the product and the packaging. For changes in international shipments, you will be informed about the procedure and the corresponding cost.
If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that it is in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise such return will not be accepted. You must notify by email to email@example.com or through the CONTACT section by selecting in the subject Exchanges/Returns. Once you notify us of the return, we will inform you of the procedure for collecting the order through ENVIALIA for Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal or through MAIL for the rest of the international countries. You will be refunded the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs of the purchase if any, but the customer must assume the costs of the return, all within 14 calendar days after you notify your decision to return the order. You must return the products to us with their original packaging and in perfect condition, otherwise the products may be returned to the sender rejecting any exchange or refund of the same. Once we receive and check that the order is in perfect condition, we will accept the return and refund the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs of the purchase if any, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card, but the shipping costs of the return will be deducted from the refund, which will have been notified to you previously, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. In the event of a partial refund of an order, you will be refunded the amount of the product minus the shipping costs of the return. The customer has 48 hours from the reception of the order to verify that it is in perfect condition, if not, he must inform us of any type of problem, once those 48 hours have passed claims of products that do not arrive in the suitable conditions will not be accepted. In the earrings category, for health and hygiene reasons, no exchange or return will be possible.
No exchanges or returns are possible on customised products (necklaces and bracelets with names/words/initials). In products with engravings, no changes or returns are allowed. Nos exchanges or returns are allowed for broken chains or lost zirconias.
