What are our jewels made of?
Our jewelry is made of Sterling Silver, 18K gold-plated Sterling Silver or 18K gold-plated Bronze and semi-precious stones as indicated in the characteristics of each product. If you want more information about the composition of any of our jewels, please contact us at info@martana-jewels.com.

In Spanish and English.
How can I make a purchase?
-Select the jewel/s you want to buy.
-Choose the material/color/size and the units you want to buy and click on add to cart.
-Once you have finished your purchase, you can see the total in your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon.
-In case you find more units in the cart than you want to buy you have to update the cart where it says UPDATE CART.
-When everything is correct, click on finish purchase.
-Fill in all the data for the shipment and the invoicing of your order, verify that all the data that you indicated are the correct ones. In addition a user will be created so that you can make future purchases.
-Select the payment method and pay the amount.
-You will receive your order at the address that you have indicated to us within the stipulated term.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
You don't need to create an account to make a purchase, the account will be created once you make your first purchase if you accept the option to create an account.
Where does Martana Jewels ship?
do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Andorra and the rest of the world.
Do you restock products that are "not available/out of stock"?
If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated on our website and we will try to replace it as soon as possible.
How can I receive information, exclusive promotions, discounts and the latest news from Martana Jewels?
Fill out the form at the bottom of our website "Newsletter" with your email and you will receive all the information, promotions, discounts and latest news exclusively. You can unsubscribe by clicking on "I don't want to receive any more mail" or "Unsubscribe from this list" whenever you want.
How can I know if I have made my purchase correctly?
When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@martana-jewels.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can see the updated status of your order in the confirmation email that we sent you when your order was sent, through the tracking number provided and the link that appears in the email, you can track your order.
Can I remove a product from my order?
Yes, from the shopping cart you can remove the products you do not want as long as you have not finished and paid the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order, send us an email to info@martana-jewels.com notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason for the cancellation and we will do everything we can to help you. You can also cancel your order manually in the order history of your user account. If you do not see the cancellation link, we have probably already prepared and shipped your order.
