EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
-I received the order in poor condition or I mistakenly received a product different from the one I purchased.
-The size I chose is not correct.
-I do not like the product and want to exchange it for a different one.
If you wish to make an exchange, you must send an email to info@martana-jewels.com or through the CONTACT section.
It is essential that the products you wish to exchange are in perfect condition and show no signs of use. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be made.
You must return the order in its original packaging.
You have 14 calendar days to make an exchange from the date of receipt of the order, otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
Once the exchange has been approved, the new item will be sent to you with instructions to hand over the item you are exchanging to the courier upon delivery.
If the reason for the exchange is because you have received the order in poor condition or you have mistakenly received a product other than the one you purchased, the shipping costs will be free of charge for both the collection and the replacement of the same product. If the product is not in stock, we will replace it with another of the same or higher value of your choice. If the product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference by bank transfer or PayPal before proceeding with the exchange. Under no circumstances can we exchange items for others of a lower value.
If the exchange is because you did not choose the correct size or because you do not like the product you chose, the cost of the exchange will be €8.95 for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal before the exchange is made. Once payment has been received, we will send you the correct size or the new product you have purchased, and you will have to return the order of the wrong size or the product you do not like and wish to exchange to the courier at the time of delivery. The order to be returned must be in perfect condition, both the product and the packaging.
For international exchanges, you must send us the order as you received it, with no signs of use and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive the order, we will send the new order to the address you provide.
RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that it is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
You must notify us by email at info@martana-jewels.com or through the CONTACT section.
Once you have notified us of the return, we will inform you of the procedure for collecting the order through ONTIME for Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
Once we receive and check that the order is in perfect condition, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. However, the return shipping costs of €8.95 (mainland Spain), the Balearic Islands and Portugal will be deducted from the refund.
For international returns, the customer must return the order to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, paying the shipping costs to: Martana Jewels, Calle Sallarès i Pla 2, 4-2, C.P. 08202 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order arrives at our facilities in perfect condition. It must be sent in its original packaging and, once it has been sent, the customer must notify us by email that the order has been sent.
Once we receive and verify that the order is in perfect condition, you will receive the refund in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund processed by PayPal or a refund to your credit card, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
You must return the products to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition, otherwise the products may be returned to the sender, rejecting any exchange or refund.
In the event of a partial return of an order, you will be refunded the amount of the product minus the return shipping costs.
The customer has 24 hours from receipt of the order to check that it is in perfect condition. Otherwise, any problems must be reported to us. After 24 hours, no claims will be accepted for products that do not arrive in perfect condition.
For health and hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted in the earrings category.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted for personalised products (necklaces, bracelets and earrings with names/words/initials/symbols).
No exchanges or returns will be accepted for broken chains or lost zirconia stones.
