Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If this is not possible, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date. For orders with personalized products, the delivery time is approximately 10 business days, as these are made to order.

-Deliveries are made on working days; there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or message from the shipping company with the tracking number, a tracking link, and the phone number of the delivery agency. If you have any questions about your shipment, you can contact them directly to arrange delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone will always be available to receive the order.

-The delivery time is an estimate since on some occasions and for reasons beyond MARTANA JEWELS' control, delays may occur, ESPECIALLY ON BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS, SALES, ETC., due to a high number of shipments on these dates.
